Method Of Sending Application For Review
(1) A bidder or proponent may himself or herself deliver or send by post, courier service or electronic means the application to be made for review to the chief of public entity or review committee.
(2) If the application sent by post, courier service or electronic means pursuant to sub-rule (1) does not reach the review committee within the time period specified in the Act or this Regulation, no action shall be taken upon such an application.
(3) Upon receipt of the application for review pursuant to sub-rule (1), the public entity shall withhold the procurement contract until decision is made by the review committee.
